Aleem Centre was established in 1999 by Abdel Azeez Othman and Mohamed Eid Hassan Mohamed in Cairo, suburb of Nasr City. They then moved to Canada and continued Aleem Centre Canada.

Dr. Antar Teleba is a Professor of Arabic linguistics. He taught at many prestigious universities, including Taibah University in Saudi Arabia, Concordia University in Canada, and The University of London in the UK. He is widely published and has supervised and examined more than 50 MA and PhD dissertations. He has more than 25 years of experience teaching Arabic, linguistics, and literature.
